Pulled up not knowing exactly what I wanted, but the staff hooked me up quick. They actually know their stuff and didn’t try to just sell me the most expensive thing. Shop was clean, good vibes, and they’ve got a solid selection of juices and devices. Prices were fair too. Definitely gonna be my go-to spot from now on.

I have yet to go into Riya and not be greeted with a smile and a good conversation. Every single employee that I’ve had experience with there gives off a personal and caring vibe. It’s not just pleasantries. They care. It’s not just buy our product. They ask your day is going and genuine care about it. I appreciate y’all and always enjoy my visit.

I come in quite a lot and I run into my guy Alec for the most part, he is extremely friendly and a big reason for why I keep coming back. They run a tight ship, honest on their hours and product, I never get bad product from here. Excellent shop and amazing customer service.

Amazing experience every time! This smoke shop is hands down one of the best around. The store is always clean, organized, and fully stocked with a huge variety of products. Whether you’re looking for natural products, glass, wraps, or accessories, they have it all. The staff is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and never pushy. They take the time to answer questions and make sure you leave with exactly what you need. You can tell they really care about their customers. Prices are fair, quality is great, and the atmosphere is welcoming. I always leave satisfied and will definitely keep coming back. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable and professional smoke shop!

I can’t say enough great things about Riya Smoke Shop. The staff is exceptionally welcoming and truly goes above and beyond to make every visit a great experience. What really stands out is how they remember their customers — not just faces and names, but even what you usually purchase. That kind of personal touch is rare these days and makes you feel genuinely valued.
