I came in and said I was looking for a piece for my bong and the brunette girl w skinny eyebrows rudely said “water pipe” like the cops were gonna fly out the ceiling, it’s pretty easy to be like “oh hey sorry we call it water pipe here.” But instead when I asked her to repeat herself she was like “you CANNOT call it a bong here” which cool, if that’s the shop rule, fine by me, but be kind abt it. Like huh anyway the vibes were super off

This shop is THE best shop anyone could ask for! The main reason I shop here, is because the customer service is outstanding here. EVERY employee is such a delight to talk to and they are very well versed in everything they sell. The prices are the best around town! When you visit ask for Maria or Brayden they got you covered! It really doesn't matter who you deal with youre going to be treated like family regardless! I would give 10 stars if I could! Also I enjoy the hours. It's very convenient for the customer! I have purchased slapwoods from this location at $7.57 per pack every single time. Today I was charged 10.99 per pack with no explanation. Mind you the pack itself says 6.99 per pack. Needless to say, I will not he returning. Both cashiers have seen me multiple times. To now charge 10.99 per pack when the price is 6.99 is insane.
