I’ve been a patron of the Underground since March of 2015, it’s one of the best cigar shops I’ve ever been in. The owner, Don, has created a 1/1 atmosphere so much so that the Underground has become an institution within the cigar industry. He always goes above and beyond for the customer, caters to them in every way and does a lot for the surrounding community via charitable events & donations. The people are friendly, the staff is knowledgeable, and you’re always greeted when you walk in. The humidor is massive and the seating is very comfortable. There’s also a fenced in courtyard outside, in the back so if you don’t want to smoke inside, you can smoke outside. BYOB. Have cash on hand for sodas, $1-$2. If you’re a brother or sister of the leaf, it would be in your best interest to visit this cigar shop.

Excellent customer service, awesome staff, very knowledgeable on their cigars...they help our Military by donating cigars to be shipped over sea's. Treat you like family. Won't order from no other shop but this wonderful place.

I absolutely love Underground Cigar Shop. Not only do they have an expertly curated humidor, knowledgeable and helpful staff (shout out to Chef, Kelton, and Ninja Mike!), a comfortable interior, and a spacious patio, it's also just a place that feels authentic and cool. Highly recommend!
