I wasn’t a customer—I was making a delivery to this shop. The order was extremely heavy and included multiple items. Instead of accepting the delivery at the entrance, the employee/owner instructed me to carry everything deep inside the store, even though delivery drivers are generally only responsible for delivering to the designated drop-off point. I spent extra time and effort moving all the heavy items inside, but there wasn’t even a simple “thank you.” To make matters worse, there wasn’t even a $1 tip for the extra work. While tipping isn’t required, basic appreciation and respect go a long way. If this is how they treat the people delivering products to their business, it makes me wonder how they treat their customers. Very disappointing experience.

The owner of this shop does not care for the people in this community, he is constantly telling people to move from the front of his store even after they just made a purchase, he has banned many people just because they won't cater to his ego. I've helped him many times and spent a lot of money for him to kick me out when I needed help and then had an employee tell me that I can't go to his store any more. I do not recommend this store it isn't doing any good for the community all it has is over priced junk food,a weak selection of vapes and horrible customr service.
