Liz was seriously so sweet and helpful! She gave me some great recommendations and was just really easy to talk to. The store was super clean, well organized, and had a great selection, which made everything easy to find.

I had an awesome experience at this smoke shop. The store was super clean, well organized, and had a huge selection of products. What really made the visit stand out, though, was Haley behind the counter. She was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. She gave great recommendations and made sure I found exactly what I was looking for. It’s rare to get customer service this good these days. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this shop to friends. If you stop by, ask for Haley—you will not be disappointed!

Puff Love is super clean, well stocked, and has a huge variety without feeling overwhelming. Angelika was awesome — very welcoming, patient, and actually helpful when it came to recommendations. You can tell they care about customer experience here. Great prices, great atmosphere, and definitely worth stopping by if you’re in the area.

I had an excellent experience at Puff Love in Little Elm. The staff were super friendly and knowledgeable, making it easy to find exactly what I was looking for. The shop has a great selection of vapes, CBD products, edibles, and smoking accessories, all organized and easy to browse. The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxed, perfect for both newcomers and regular customers. Definitely one of the best smoke shops in Little Elm, and I’ll be returning soon!

I really appreciate Mickey for everything she did for me. I learned a bunch of new things and new items that I had never known. It was actually fun and eye opening. I can’t wait for my next round. Thank you Mickey and Puff Love.
