The store is definitely well laid out, and is fully stocked with a nice variety of really interesting, high-quality, products. Even better; however, was the very knowledgeable and personalized customer service I received from the moment I walked in the door. Turns out that the employee assisting me also happens to be the store’s manager, Sayed. I’m an ‘old-head’, so I had many questions about not only the products, but also about this “budding” new industry with a shop on almost every corner. Sayed really knows his stuff based upon my experience doing business with him. I am highly satisfied with each purchase I’ve made so far, but it can certainly be difficult for a consumer to determine which of the many local smoke/vape shops might be best to do business with on a regular basis. Product types and pricing are generally similar among the various shops, so I recommend finding a store that consistently provides a superior customer service experience. Smoke Art on Main in West Frisco is quickly becoming my store of choice with which to do my business and spend my money. Thanks, Sayed!

Kash is the man for sure (I think that’s how you spell it) he really is a stand up guy, let me know I’m welcome and really spoke for his product, I just realized this was a close place for me and he really put me on all their products which are amazing. We tried the enjoy hemp Utopia Runtz THCA flower and we loved it definitely will be back for more of their products !! Much love

Smoke Art Shop is an amazing spot. Kash is super friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful every time I stop by. The shop has a clean, welcoming vibe with a great selection and fair prices. You can tell they really care about their customers, and it makes the whole experience feel easy and enjoyable. Definitely one of the best smoke shops around!

Syed is a real champion! Always had answers for my questions and is always giving amazing deals!
