Small cozy shop with some pretty cool staff members that are both helpful and friendly. Shout out to Joi and Lizzie, they sure do know their stuff and made shopping easier.

She was cute and super helpful, and knowledgeable. She made this place stand out among the other glasses shops in town. 10/10 will come again

Disappointed in how they handled their wax situation. I’ve been getting the runaround for four months. Instead of just telling me the truth that there not going to carry much of a selection at all, they just kick the can and tell us it’s coming soon. They even went as far as to tell me that some disgruntled employee wot the distributor sent them a fake email saying they don’t want to do business anymore with SNGW but that that turned out to be false, and then that it wasn’t false but they fixed it… if a loyal customer isn’t going to be able to use you anymore because you stop carrying the product they buy… just say that. Same story at every location. I’ve tried them all I. Hopes of not having to switch. They all give the same 3 stories over and over

Worst smoke shop I've been to. When I originally posted my negative review, I was harassed by the sister of a manager via social media. Now I am choosing to add to my review, as that incident further proves why I left one to begin with. Additionally, the influx of positive reviews that are mostly current/former employees or family posted within the past two months gives the impression that they're trying to cover up my genuine, negative experience at this store with false, biased reviews. I have counted 5 of these employee reviews that are wrongfully inflating this company's rating, this is misleading to potential customers and understandably violates Google's terms of services. You can check under fake engagement. In my opinion, this place is a joke, this company comes off as unprofessional, and resorting to biased ratings from their employees says enough about their lack of integrity. 0/10, would not recommend coming here at all.. Instead, I recommend thinking twice about the type of people you choose to support with your wallet. Edit to response of owner: As somebody who has spent a good amount of money at this company, I would think that would make me a customer. If you would like to talk about legitimacy, we can refer back to those employee reviews you posted to cover my true, horrible experience with your staff. I can and will post the names if prompted, as these reviews are still wrongfully inflating your rating. I was incredibly disrespected by multiple members of your staff and I will be heard. I was silent until I was harassed by your affiliates on social media. Did you expect me not to speak out? This is not “an act of personal revenge”, but a revealing of my experience.
