I absolutely love it here! I've been a frequent customer since they opened. They have a great selection of Vapes and cigars and CBD to choose from. Naz is ALWAYS very helpful and can answer just about any question that you have. I even needed cigars that the manufacturer messed up. Naz went out of his way to cut cigars for me. He didn't have to do that!! Customer service here is top tier. Another satisfied customer

I love it here!!! After being a daily customer for the last 8-9 months I can truly say that the owner and his staff genuinely care about their customers!!! I had a small issue with one of the daily products I purchase (Feel Free) and the price and the owner personally reached out to me and made it right!!! Customer service is taken for granted these days by most companies and businesses but Mike really cares about his customers and will go above and beyond to make any issue right!!! This is my favorite smoke shop and I refuse to shop anywhere else. They have a very large selection of any and everything from kratom shots and pills to premium cigars and they have the best THC-A selection. That is just the icing on the cake!!! Now let’s talk about the staff! I love love Venus and Cassie, they are always so kind, helpful, and very informative about the products they sale. They are both personable and provide such a comforting environment and experience when you shop here. They know exactly what I want when. I walk in! Then there is Hassan, Hassan is very kind, down to earth, and also very personable and informative!! When I first started coming to this store they didn’t have the product feel free I was looking for and Hassan made it his duty to go all the way to the other store in Arlington just to get me the product and then started ordering them especially for me! This is top tier!!! Over all Tobacco Heights Smoke Shop is like none other in DFW. Do your self a favor and just take a visit for yourself!!!

This is the most expensive place to buy a vape. Ive never spent $30 on a regular geek bar. My payment went through before I tried to cancel it. I normally spend $24 or 2 for $40. Lady said they just increased the price but thats way too much for a standard vape. Y'all just stick to your regular vape shop bc these places are insane!!!!

I used to go to this place all the time, until I couldn't get my cigar wraps on a regular basis, shame but the cigar place around the corner said they would order them for me from now on, so I don't have to go this dump anymore, they don't answer the phone half of the time away 👋✌️💪🫵👎👎 losing customer's is not a good thing 😳🫵🫵 and I'm getting them cheaper! 🎯

Look this place was good until the owner went to his country sold the business to someone who can't keep customers, imagine not being able to get cigars at a cigar shop, totally dumb 👎👎
