Roo is the absolute best! Super friendly and always knows his products. One of the best CS professional I’ve worked with

The customer service here is truly wonderful, offering a wide variety of options and always happy to explain everything in the store. They really make you feel welcomed and well-informed.

This is hands-down the best smoke shop around. The staff always greets me with a smile, remembers what I like, and never rushes me. They really know their products and take the time to walk you through anything new. The shop is always clean, well-stocked, and has fair prices. I won’t go anywhere else!
