They have knock off juices and insist they don’t I literally got a juice from them and didn’t realize it was a different color than usual wasted a brand new coil figuring out it tasted like dish soap and had to pay full price for this clearly generic juice with a very similar label but has an extra skull and crossbones and no blueberries. They refused to refund me and even acknowledge that they have fake juices.

Inquired about an e cig/vape that would put out alot of smke and that wasn't going to be too expensive or complex. So I spent a Lil over 90 bucks. The young black sales rep was very nice and helpful. Rhe vape i purchased was not up to my satisfaction. It ended up leaking and was sputtering out liquid. It rnded up burning my lips with the oil. So of course the next day I had to go back and try to get a refund but was disappointed that, that wasn't an option. They only do store credit or exchanges. So I chose a smaller vape unit and it is so far better than my first purchase and was cheaper. If u ever stop in there make sure to do ur research on what u want to purchase before hand.

I’ve shopped there for a few months and have never had a problem and the store is always clean but, the one with the long hair had the nastiest attitude Im not sure what the problem was or I offended them somehow but it was completely unnecessary

Place has new management and these people are great. Also great discounts at the moment. Love going here
