Amazing customer service amazing prices, and great staff that knows their products and is able to best recommend for your needs

I had an amazing experience at Bahama Mama Clear Lake, and a big part of that was thanks to the manager, Moe. From the moment I walked in, he made sure everything was running smoothly and that customers felt welcome. You can tell he genuinely cares about both the business and the people who come in. Moe is professional, friendly, and extremely attentive. He goes above and beyond to help customers, answer questions, and make sure everyone leaves satisfied. It’s rare to see that level of dedication and leadership. The store itself was clean, well-organized, and had a great atmosphere. Thanks to Moe’s management, everything felt efficient and enjoyable. Highly recommend this location if you get the chance to be served by Moe, you’re in great hands!

I wanted to leave a review about a bad experience I had here a couple weeks ago. I have shopped here many times before without issue, so I’m not sure why they felt the need to do this to me last time I was there. I came in to buy a nicotine vape, a single one. There are three guys working, two I haven’t seen before and one I have who I think has always been nice and helpful. They tell me if I buy another they will give me a third one for free. Okay, fine, I’ll probably come back for another one later, so I say yes. Then I’m talking to the guys at the counter before paying, and suddenly one of the guys is like hey come over here I’m going to hook you up and give you another one. I’m confused but will take another free one if he’s offering. So I go over and pick one more. I check out and felt grateful at their generosity. That’s until I got home and realize that they actually charged me for three and I only got one free. I went in there for a single vape, and they hustled me while pretending to give a deal, leaving me with three times more out of my pocket than I intended to spend. It’s pretty clear money is a motivating factor here and that they have no qualms whatsoever about doing something shady like that. Also my dad called this location for pricing on the same vapes which they refused to give him, just kept telling him to come up there so they could sell something to him. I hope this behavior comes back to bite you.

Mo is the manager at this location now and he literally knows what I want before I even tell him. He’s always had excellent customer service with me. And he knows his stuff when it comes any product sold in a vape/smoke shop. Ask for Mo if you have any questions when you come into this location, and he will get you right.
