Both of them are friendly, knowledgeable, respectful, and actually take the time to help you find what you need without making you feel rushed or pressured. The shop has a great selection, solid prices, and the whole experience is just easy and welcoming. Any time I've ever come into the shop, Pablo has always been informative with anything from smoke, pen, to gummies. I can't say I've ever had the elite experience at any other smoke shop that Pablo has ever given me. Happy customer.

Lack of regard for customer’s safety. Make sure your careful parking your car in front of there store because if and when it does get hit they will tell you that they’ll send you the security footage for your insurance purposes and then months down the line after multiple requests fail to send it to you and then your left paying out of pocket… makes you wonder if those cameras even work? Also don’t believe the reviews there all fake.
