The store looks cool, but then you go to shop and everything feels a bit too pristine. The white tile, the lighting, everything locked behind glass; it has a stale, over-produced, sterilized feel to the place. Everything locked behind glass and no prices labelled on anything means that you will always need to find an employee to do any shopping. And with the store being so large that means either walking to the other side to flag an employee or, arguably worse, having an employee follow you around the store and looming over you making you feel like you're being profiled by a racist security guard. Once you do finally learn their prices you quickly find that they're trending above what you can find at dozens of other nearby stores (even their off-brand snacks. Seriously, why does a place that looks so fancy serve Dr. Thunder???). Overall, it feels more like going into a snobby modern art museum where you'll be judged for not wearing the latest luxury-brand trends and scolded for getting too close to the "art", rather than an enjoyable stop at your local smoke shop. 2 stars simply out of respect for the sheer amount of money that's obviously been put into this place (which probably explains the over-pricing), but the vision is flawed and unappealing. Likely will not return unless they've gone through a major revision.

Great service and interior design. This is the snazziest place on the strip atm, i was pretty amazed by the marble flooring and glass ceilings. Joe the store Associate was very helpful and friendly.

This is the coolest smoke shop In Houston and overall the best I’ve been in. The decor. The wide variations of options. The workers are handsome and helpful. It’s an overall great experience

Went here the other day with my sister and had an amazing experience! The guys working there are so welcoming, attentive, and well informed about the products they sell! Every time I go up here they have so sort of deal or sale going on so it’s easy and worth it to stock up on different items! Will definitely be back again here soon, looking forward to making this my go to smoke shop

Ive been vaping for 10 years now, ive never been to a better store, not only does it look amazing, the customer service is beyond anything ive experienced and they are open 24 hours.
