The owner of this store was very rude when I advised her that she sold me a faulty product. She instantly become aggressive and threw the vape at me screaming for me to leave her store after I requested a refund. I even plugged the vape in to show her that it wasn’t working.

Best prices and products in town. The manager, Josh is always so nice! They have great deals every day. Great selection of CBD products. Highlyyyy recommend this shop.

We stopped by here while my son was getting a haircut next door and watched two cars get towed. Mind you, the parking lot is not full. I asked the tow truck driver what is going on and he said the “business owner” of the parking lot asked them to tow these cars. We had been there maybe 10 minutes and watched this unfold. Nope, we will not support any business that does this to citizens of the community

We walked into “Mom and Pop Smoke shop” this past weekend with out knowing what it was. We decided to take a stroll down westheimer and was glad we cam across them. Upon entering we had an amazing vibe, we encountered Mari, whom was super nice. It started with one single purchase to a great conversation and attitude. Coming from a horrible experience we had at Wild, we weren’t expecting the best at mom and pop. However, Mari turned things around, her pleasant attitude, and laughter made us feel very welcomed. They have a good selection of items, also check out their daiquiris they are really good. Thank you Mari for making this experience very good for us, we hope to visit you soon.
