I can see why this place has such a good reputation. From the moment I walked in, the staff were welcoming and genuinely helpful. They knew the details of the products without sounding like they were giving a sales pitch, which I appreciated. The store was neat, easy to look, and had a much better selection than I expected. It's refreshing to find a shop that combines great customer service with a consistently well-stocked inventory. Definitely one of the better smoke shops i have visited. Highly recommended will be definitely back.

My new go to place, I highly recommend visiting as they have a large selection of anything you may need from a smoke shop. It was very nice and the atmosphere was very welcoming. The customer service was outstanding, they were very polite and helpful, I was able to get what I needed promptly. They have tons of shisha flavors, which not many smoke shops offer, and for great prices. Overall, I had a great experience, there was great customer service, and great prices.

Great choice selection. Great customer service. Very helpful with option selections. Will be visiting again.

This is my second time visiting One stop smoke shop, and I had another great experience. Today I came in to upgrade my device, and Rocky was incredibly patient and helpful in guiding me to exactly what I needed. Their service is always top-notch, and they truly take care of their customers. Plus, they offer huge discounts, which makes it even better. Definitely a 5-star place - highly recommend stopping by!

Rocky was very knowledgeable of all products. He gave great advice and was super nice!! Must shop
