This was my first time at this store, I was definitely amazed at the product that was in there but what made me give a two star the chick with the braids or dreads has a very nasty attitude, I walked in and looked around and was talking to my b/f about the stuff all you hear was, what yall want, no how can i help you, look around and see if I can help you with something, nothing then as we tell her what we want she gives a nonchalant attitude, very dry and no customer service skills at all. We go to check out and I input my number in the system, I asked her what do I do next she goes to pushing a button talking about nothing and I could have sworn I seen something that says I get 10% off my total, but no i paid full price and then she gives me no option and receiving a receipt or not, I don't know if she was having a bad or what but my b/f and my bro told me this isn't her first time catching an attitude, it was her first time with me but a third time with him, So i don't know what her problem is but she needs to be trained on well customer service, my bro told her once before that this isn't a trap house she says yes it is, crazy thinking but y'all need to do something with her and that attitude, my products was good though just need to work on that

Absolutely one of the best smoke shops I’ve been to. The staff is knowledgeable, welcoming, and always willing to help you find exactly what you need without rushing you. The store is clean, organized, and stocked with a huge variety of products at great prices. Customer service is top tier, and they make you feel appreciated every time you walk in. Whether you’re looking for accessories, vapes, glass, wraps, or just good recommendations, this is definitely the place to go. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality products and an overall great experience.

Marr took great care of me today. Super friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with all my questions. The shop has a solid selection, but the service Marr provided is what really stood out. Definitely coming back.

This shop is very unprofessional. The manager had a terrible attitude and treated me with disrespect. They had the opportunity to gain a loyal customer and referrals from me, but instead they chose to provide poor customer service. I don’t recommend this business if this is how they treat potential customers. Customer service should always come first. If you want people to support your business, you have to treat them with respect. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere, and I hope they improve how they treat customers in the future. I would never send my people here. I will post this on my Instagram and my Facebook.
