Oh my GAWD. This is my go to shop. They will order things for me if they are ever out, I am so taken care of here. Shoutout to Elijah, Kevin, Sativa and Julian for being the best employees ever. They are always there to greet me by name and the prices are amazing. I’ve gone to many shops like this before but Burn has got to have some of the best customer service I’ve ever received. Ditch your old smoke shop and get to BURN!!!

While it may not be most people's reason for coming here their pricing on incense is actually really good. Best in the area at least.

Bought 3 wizzinators here because they kept breaking. Not their fault but they refused to exchange. OK. Not good customer service but still doesn't make them horrible. Well this does: So the last time I purchased a wizzinator I realized when I opened the box that it was a black one. I'm Caucasian so it doesn't exactly help me to have a black one for obvious reasons. They refused to even exchange it and actually tried to tell me that it didn't come from them. Eventually they conceded they sold it to me but said they couldn't return it because it was opened. Only the box was open not the plastic bag holding the "device". Instead they issued a credit which upon scouring the store for anything remotely useful I was forced to buy a magnetic case that was $120 that can be purchased on online for $25 max. So unless you need something basic like papers or wraps I would stay clear of this place. There's simply too many better options.
