This is great a spot!!! You get amazing deals for your favorite vapes, good incense deals, the drinks they got are good too, check them out, try their drinks, they got sugar free and regular. Adrian n Dustin very helpful! 👏 thank you! It smells amazing there too.

Adrian provided excellent customer service when I came into the shop. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all my questions without making me feel rushed. He genuinely cares about helping the people find exactly what they need. The atmosphere was welcoming, thanks to Adrian his professionalism made the experience even better, which is a quality this location has been lacking for a long time. Getting rid of Dustin was an excellent decision made by the company for the well-being of their staff and smooth successful operation for the business.

I absolutely love rock and roll it. Dani and Kelsey are my two absolute favorite people to see throughout the week. Everyone should be going to rock and roll it to get their D9 and THC products!!

I’ve been a regular customer of Rock & Roll It and usually have good experiences, especially at the Heights location. Because of that, I stopped by the Shepherd & Richmond location shortly after midnight & the posted hours on the door and online state they close at 2:00 a.m. When I arrived, the OPEN sign was lit up, and the hours stated closing at 2am but the doors were locked. I called the store to confirm the hours. The female employee informed me they close at 12:00 a.m. That in itself wasn’t the issue. What was disappointing was the tone of the interaction. When I attempted to explain that the posted hours say 2:00 a.m., I was interrupted, and when I responded, the employee hung up on me. I don’t usually leave reviews, but the customer service during this interaction was rude and unprofessional. I won’t be returning to this location. I hope management addresses this so future customers are treated with courtesy.
