Came here to get cigars for my dad who wanted to try smoking them for the first time. The guy working here was extremely knowledgeable and helpful while he picked a few out for us. Could tell he was passionate about the product. They also have a huge collection. Will be back!

Saw the Cigar Emporium while shopping and stopped in to buy a few cigars. I purchased five premium cigars. Later, I found each cigar was stale and dried out. Obviously the merchandise is not turned over often or products not properly stored. Would not recommend.

I went to purchase a couple of cigars on September 6, 2025. There was a woman working. I went inside the Humidor. She stood at the door of the Humidor, while I was selecting a cigar. I’m not sure why she was watching me. She didn’t say anything. That was my 2nd time going there and it will be my last. They do have a large variety of cigars.

I have been buying cigars here for 10 years or so and this will be the last time. Always have had great and trustful service here, but today was 100% different. Went in in a rush to get a box of AF Rubustos like I have many times. It was a present for a friend that had a kid. I was told the price per cigar was $7.50 each, she then tried to sell me a $17.50 single cigar I said no to. I checked out and paid $230 for the box of 25 + one $12.00 cigar. I called back to ask why was the bill so high and she said "Oh, no the box was $8.80 x 25 + tax" I asked wasn't there a discount for buying the box as there has always been? She said no, ahhh ok thanks. Guess I will just find a new shop.

Been my cigar spot for years, THE BEST! One of the only spots with large ring gauges, and excellent customer service, the ladies are the best.
