Really great cigar lounge with very helpful staff! Jeff and Austin are knowledgeable, welcoming, and helpful. Comfortable lounge, nice decor and view. Good outside seating area with a few tables I'm waiting to try out with a cup of coffee as soon as the temperatures drop for autumn season. Good variety in the humidor. Can't go wrong here.

Brand new to the area (July 1, 2025), not brand new to the industry. I’d say they’ve perfected the chill meets luxury vibe of cigar smoking. Downstairs is the walk-in humidor, inside and outside lounge area. No alcohol. There were a lot of unique cigar brands that aren’t available at other cigar shops. Comparable prices. Upstairs is members only ($2,500/annual fee) - yes, there’s a wait list. The original location is in Richmond. I had been eyeing the West University Place location for a few days. I’m glad I stopped in. The manager, Jerry, was so friendly and made us feel welcome.

The owner is a fantastic individual. Makes you feel like you're one in a million. The rest of the staff is hardcore knowledgable on their products and palate matches based on your prefrences. They don't stock a single bad stick in the humidor and this is a shop where the novice can expand their palate and the dedicated aficianado can still find a few pleasant surprises.

Nicole has the best knowledge of all cigars. She takes the time to help you find your flavor and has great recommendations. You will always learn a ton from her. Great prices and staff. The shop is exclusive to certain Rocky Patel cigars. Michael the owner has his own cigar line which is fantastic. Can't go wrong with Joseph's. It is go to shop always.

Austin is a GEM. I visited the location to refill my DuPont lighter. It is my birthday weekend so I was so I decided to get some cigars. He showed me the most beautiful huge room with a large collection of cigars! :) About 7 guys were sitting in there smoking cigars. Huge fan of my overall experience!
