This place came thru in a clutch! I stopped by to check it out and fell in love with the options they were available. They have hemp wraps! (which can be hard to find depending on what side of Houston you're on.) They have just about everything you need in a smoke shop to get you right 💨💨💨👍🏾. Stephanie was super cool and very informative and was helpful. I go to many different stores and shops and I just love it when I actually get good customer service so I give them extra points for that! If you need smoke supplies go here now! Annnddd they are open to product suggestions depending on the demand and brand being requested.👌🏾😊. B b b. B 💐 UPDATE: I still support this business they are always nice, professional and personable. I got to meet both staff and had great experiences each time.I was going through a passing of my best friend and Stephanie had some very kind and loving words of encouragement which really helped me a lot. So I will always have gratitude in my heart for her in the moment.

I chose this shop because the amazing service my FIRST time. My second time, drove 15 mins out of my way and came in on my lunch break on wed 6/7 and bought 2 juicy bar vaps. The lady at the front sold me a clear and a blueberry flavored, had a whole conversation with her about not wanting something too sweet. Didn’t know I had to try them on the spot since I had to go back to work… turns out of one them isn’t working correctly. It was not hitting as hard, felt like a bad coil. Also, I did buy the same one my first time(clear flavor) so have any idea what it should taste like, that’s why I came back. I returned to the shop on Thursday 6/8 and was told a)she doesn’t remember me (who doesn’t remember someone coming in with a suit on?) b) I should’ve tried it on the spot c) they don’t offer exchanges I didn’t want a refund, just a product that worked. Was denied any type of conversation with the owner… just horrible customer service. There are literally hundreds of smoke shops in the area and just sad how easily you can ruin one’s experience.

The best smoke shop I've ever been to hands down no bs. It's near gessener and kempwood. If you're ever over here don't waste your time anywhere else. Just go to this shop because most other shops treat there customers like shit around here and only care about money. At this smoke shop HAWAII Smoke Shop, they will treat you nicely with a smile and always with respect, they will never overcharge, they have the inventory to help you find what you need in your budget, and there inventory quality is top notch like they have some of the best pieces I've seen and the pieces they have that are lower priced are really good quality too even though you think theyd be cheap. I got to a lot of smoke shops, but, every time I've walked in this store they go the extra mile to present every product I ask to see. If you want a water pipe or specific piece but are on a budget, they have a high quality, fairly priced, big selection and, unlike other smoke shops, these guys will take the time to help you find something that will work for you and won't break your bank. They care about their customers here which is really rare especially with smoke shops. They care about safety and comfort as well and always make sure anyone in the store is safe. I have always had a good experience shopping here. Most smoke shops around here and others I've been to don't really show in any way that they care about the customers but here at Hawaii they go above and beyond to make sure you get what you're looking for I swear to God. I can tell they care and it really made a big difference in my day today. I'm a bargain shopper when it comes to smoke shops too so every single time I need something I always end up going to a bunch of shops getting in a bad mood and then I go back to Hawaii because they have the best deal all along and by the time I've searched for what I need at different smoke shops for a cheaper price I am pissed that I didn't just shop at Hawaii because other smoke shops around here treat you like shit and Hawaii smoke shop are the only ones who have the best prices, service, and quality in this area. I put some pictures of everything I've bought from them in the past month or two. None of this is brand new but it all works like brand new. I will be buying some cleaning solutions from Hawaii soon to clean these up sorry they're dirty. Very high quality tho and I've never had problems with them unless I did something dumb like dropping a piece on accident.
