⭐☆☆☆☆ I had one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had at SDK Pineapple Smoke Shop. I went in looking to buy some flower and simply asked if I could smell it before purchasing. Instead of showing me the product properly, the employee held out what looked like a tiny piece of leaf and expected me to smell it from her hand. I thought that was unsanitary and strange, so I politely said, "You know what, never mind. I'm just going to go somewhere else." That should have been the end of the interaction. I wasn't yelling, causing a scene, or demanding anything. I had simply decided not to spend my money there. Instead, the employee became upset and told me I wasn't welcome back. Things escalated for no reason after I had already decided to leave. Another employee, who appeared to be associated with her, got involved and started acting confrontational. Rather than letting a customer walk away peacefully, they seemed more interested in arguing and escalating the situation. It felt like they were trying to provoke a reaction instead of handling the situation professionally. As a customer, I believe I have the right to ask questions about a product before buying it and also the right to leave if I decide not to make a purchase. The way I was treated was disrespectful, unprofessional, and completely unnecessary. There are plenty of other smoke shops that treat customers with respect and appreciate their business. Based on my experience, I won't be returning.

The elderly lady is rude, and she lies. They use to have some young cats working there that were cool, never liked dealing with the lady. Hope they can replace her and her fam. I now go to a different smoke shop because of this where everyone is NICE and Honest.

I used to live in the area and still drive 40 minutes out of my way from time to time to visit this shop. The people make this shop. They’re always so friendly and happy and genuinely want to help you. Their prices are always good and the products are great quality. There are a million stores like this one in Houston, but this one has the right vibe and the right price. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Love this place. Amazing customer service. The employees are all incredibly knowledgeable and approachable. Also prices are great. I highly recommend!
