Very friendly. Not a lot of stock on the shelves, but they will order or point you in the right direction to find what you need. The onsite cats are cute. 😸

Diamond is amazing! I’ve visited twice recently and have been lucky to have her help me each time. She answered my long list of questions and helped me find what I was looking for with great customer service throughout :)

Overall great and amazing customer service. Diamond was very helpful with my purchase. She’s done an amazing job with knowledge and answering my questions. I look forward in seeing her every time I go

Honestly one of the best shops in general I've ever been to. Staff are super friendly and welcoming compared to other shops that just want you to buy something and leave. They gave me so much information that helped me find something new to try. I haven't smoked in so long and they were able to catch me up to speed with all the new products on the market. Great place to visit for first time smokers and you seriously can't beat the prices. Try out their iced coffees and tea they have on Sundays.

diamond was very very helpful and she was so sweet! love the energy she gives and she was so patient with us ! definitely coming back for her
