I had a really disappointing experience at this smoke shop. When I walked in, there was nobody at the front register, and the cashier was outside in front of the store instead of helping customers. I had to wait around with no assistance, which felt unprofessional and disrespectful of my time. On top of that, it feels very unsafe coming here late at night (around 2–5 AM). With no staff inside monitoring the store, it creates a situation where the store and customers are left vulnerable. It doesn’t feel secure at all. Overall, customer service and safety both need serious improvement.

They were very racist proceeded to tell me she was 30 years old with six which I don’t know why we talking about her KIDS inside a smoke shop and then properly and I came in separately and they still had a problem so he left out. They were very rude.

I started vapeing about 3 years ago but fell off because I could never find a juice I enjoyed a few months ago I came in to vape city and met Ali who helped me get a new vape to start back up again and helped me find a good juice to start with. I keep coming back and getting new vape stuff and juices that Ali suggests. He's always willing to help you out if you can't find or don't know what you want. I've spent lots of money here because Ali always has good stuff and makes me want to come back for more. He has a great staff that isn't afraid to just sit there and talk to you if your not sure and they always help you find what your looking for and what you need. Heres an idea of all I've gotten from them at really good rates you won't find anywhere else.
