Stopped by Lone Star Tobacco today to see if they could help me identify a cigar a friend had given me. All I knew was that it was a My Father cigar and roughly what it looked like. I only smoke a couple of cigars a month, so I wasn’t exactly sure what I was looking for. The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They took the time to help me find the exact cigar, helped me pick up the humidity pack for my humidor, and answered all of my questions. They also recommended a few other cigars I might enjoy based on what I liked, but there was absolutely no sales pressure. It felt like genuine advice from people who enjoy the hobby and wanted to help. Overall, it was a great experience from start to finish. Excellent customer service, knowledgeable staff, and a welcoming atmosphere. I’ll definitely be back.

Absolutely phenomenal selection and perfect humidity in the humidor so everything is the perfect texture and well maintained. I think I saw every cigar that I have ever smoked and enjoyed, which is extremely rare. Friendly service. Just be warned that it is a members-only place if you want to smoke there. I ended up enjoying my cigar on the patio in spite of the heat. It's nice and covered but you won't be able to smoke inside unless you are a member. This will be my go-to place to pick up cigars from now I live in the Cypress area.
Fabulous cigar shop with a huge selection of cigars that are extremely reasonable. Large indoor lounge. Nice outdoor covered lounge area and a couple of tables nearby. Humidor is adequately stocked with staff picks. Staff extremely helpful. Good selection of smoking accoutrements- pipe tobacco, ashtrays, etc. Plenty of parking- free lot shared with other businesses.
Lone Star Tobacco is a great little spot with a huge humidor and a ton of unique finds you don’t see everywhere. I always end up walking out with something interesting. I wish I lived a bit closer, but it’s absolutely worth the trip. The people there are awesome—super friendly whether you’re in the shop or calling on the phone. They actually answer, and they’re always happy to help. Highly recommend if you’re into cigars and good service.
This is a great spot. I stopped by a few weeks ago for the first time and man, that humidor is *solid*. I probably spent like 15-20 mins just walking around and looking at everything/all the boxes & at no point during my extensive browsing was i rushed or did i feel like i was unwelcome. I asked the tobacconist a few questions and received good information in a friendly manner I point this out because sometimes a place has a way of making you feel rushed to chose or make a purchase. This place made me feel neither of those things. It felt more like friends letting you browse their collection. It's really nice to be able to slow down and take your time for a change. Will definitely be back many times
