I went to your establishment for product and was extremely shocked by your outstanding associate Cat. She not only took the time to answer all of my questions; she was also extremely kind and patient with me. She took extra time with me to make sure I purchased exactly what I was looking for. Overall this is the best I have ever been treated by your associates and wanted you to be aware of the great customer care and satisfaction she gives your customers. I am extremely pleased with my purchase and will be returning in the near future.

Mad Dog Smoke Shop offers a unique and inviting experience for both seasoned enthusiasts and newcomers alike. The selection of products is impressive, featuring a wide range of smoking accessories, glassware, and quality tobacco products. The shop has a welcoming atmosphere that encourages browsing, and the layout is both organized and aesthetically pleasing. A standout aspect of my visit was the exceptional service provided by the manager, D. D is knowledgeable and passionate about the products, readily sharing recommendations based on individual preferences. Their approachable demeanor creates a comfortable environment where questions are encouraged, making the shopping experience enjoyable. Additionally, the shop often hosts events that foster a sense of community among patrons. Overall, Mad Dog Smoke Shop is a fantastic spot for anyone looking to enhance their smoking experience, thanks in large part to D’s dedication and expertise. I highly recommend stopping by!

bought a pack of $50 gummies, noticed they were expired from may of 2025, went back within the same hour i bought them. the manager was gone & a girl was there saying she couldn’t do anything about it, & that her manager would say the same thing if she called. i asked if she could check if they have any non expired ones, turns out they’re all expired & she said they just sell expired stuff. very disappointed & will definitely not be back!

Awesome little shop, has a very knowledgeable manager, and a lot of really cool knicknacks and doodads
