Been waiting over a month while my package has been stuck on shipping label created, emailed support twice to receive no response. Will never order from them again

Ordered online. Didn't receive the product. Waited an extra day; product wasn't outside my house or in the mailbox. Called usps. They said it was delivered. I tried calling Neptune imports for help/a refund, and the lady I talked to was super rude about it and didn't help me at all. Terrible customer service.

Horrible customer service I’ll never order from them again, lost my package and it went out a week late and they just said oh well. Didn’t expedite my shipping or offer a discount or anything. Very shady and horrible customer service save your money!
