5/5 stars! Annie was incredibly helpful and friendly. She made finding exactly what I needed super easy. I will definitely be coming back to this shop!

Cant get in touch with a manager or owner about a problem. The night staff don’t care to fix the problem. I come all the way from far northside to get a specific item and I know the price because I come every time. The guy act like he don’t know nothing and can’t get in touch with manger. Let see if the call back because I left my number smh

I’m a veteran, been going since they opened.. unfortunately I have to find another shop after today. There’s constant break ins leaving no product & they continuously shuffle through ppl like crazy who incorrectly handles customers. New girl today asked me 3 times how many grams she bagged me 😑she then asked me (the customer) if I knew which type of product I selected so she can charge me. 😑She still had to call someone to get the correct info 😑THEN when I pulled my id & asked for military discount she said “oh we don’t do that” 😑they very much do have military discount. Very Disappointed bc the prices were great, point system & location.. break ins are understandable, you can’t control them.. however, the clueless employees though 😕…

I love Seven Heaven smoke shop, Ibad is my homie he will hook you up, come visit
