If I could give zero stars I would! Their selection leaves a lot to be desired, and I am beyond disappointed in the customer service I received from Sally today. I was very clear about what I was looking for. I was sold something else that I did not want, and then told I could not do an immediate return or exchange. I was left with no other option, but to leave the store without the product that I was charged for. The lack of courtesy and customer service was absolutely disgusting and I will not be visiting that store ever again! And I will be filing a dispute for fraud as I was charged for something that I did not receive!

Excellent experience and wonderful staff! They had exactly what we were looking for plus a few extra goodies! Being open 24hrs is a huge plus too.

Sold me a bad disposable, Tom boy girl could care less to help me out; looked at me insane, the guy next to her was either high or like hard to communicate but he ended up helping me out by recommending what was a better option. The first white girl with glasses completely was rude, could care less about helping me (I'm assuming because I was a guy?) but it was completely unprofessional as I would not have my workers with such a bad attitude during work hours. Also the vape ended up being of bad quality and stopped working immediately. I would not recommend this place honestly, at least if she's specifically working.

The guy that helped me out didn’t know to much about Vap mods sold me the wrong coils and a bad battery I wasn’t going to buy anything because they don’t sell batteries then the guy said oh wait I have one in the back that I found 5 hits on a mod set at 50 watts killed the battery if you are after more of the other stuff that is there it might be better but after spending almost $200 on a paper weight I will not be back
