⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Hands down one of the best flavors out there! Someone suggested it to me and now I need everyone else to try it too. If you're near Westheimer, make sure to go check out my girl at Vape City—she is awesome to hang out with, the shop's selection is incredible, and you just can't beat her deals!

Food was great! Service was very slow. He forgot our drinks. Forgot to bring CC back with the bill. 10:30am, so it wasn't crowded. Good attitude though.🤘🏻😎

I will be clear, I’m ONLY giving this store 1 star because of outside factors, the employees here always take care of me. But they are not taken care of. I go to this same vape city EVERY day. The #1 thing that should be changed is the heating system! It literally feels like outside inside and they have to bring their own heaters and chairs?? That’s ridiculous for a 6-8 hour shift. Also it would be great to keep fresh stock of the inventory that sells the most. Out of all the vape cities I go to this one is one of the busiest but I often times have to end up going to another vape shop because of lack of product here! I only come for backwoods and camos I’m not asking for a lot. There is absolutely NO reason that the vape city on Westheimer, one of the most reputable and prestigious areas in the city, has some of the worst problems of all vape cities! Please do better, and take care of the heat!!

Luv Vape City Started with the one in The Woodlands, Spring TX whatever The one closer to me in Houston is nice too But I prefer the one in the other location ik Still great tho, checking out another one in Houston TX soon

I just came in tonight after coming to this business for two years, it has definitely changed my perspective on this location at least. I almost got scammed out of 80 dollars because the store manager at this location refuses to hire or train the people who work here properly. People alone on nights usually, even if they're new. Manager was on the phone with the guy and even tried to tell me there's legally nothing they can do. Then once I put my foot down suddenly they can do an uneven exchange. Super scammy manager and super scammy establishment. Please go to any other Vape City in Houston! Do not give them your money!
