Very nice atmosphere really, very calm and reserved. Hookah is smooth and drinks are good too, customer service is very nice. Didn’t think it’ll be this good. Impressed with the decor, reminds me of New York. What other reviews say are very odd and misplaced. Overall, I’m very Satisfied with this place. I Recommend 👍

Beautiful atmosphere. Weird customer service. No hookah menu. Not a lot of flavors available. Hookah is $25. I was ok with that, but I will NOT pay $5 for charcoal refill. Not a head (shisha) refill, but $5 for two cubes of charcoal! The woman put two new coals on after about 20 (maybe 30) minutes of me smoking. I didn’t ask for it, but it was ok (normal). I just took the cover off because it needed more air. When I asked for more charcoal, the gentleman asked the lady to come to me, and she told me $5 for more charcoal. Nah. I’m a regular at Azura and feel guilty for cheating on my regular spot. I’ve visited Sky Lounge, Red Skyy, Muse, Puffy’s, Cloud, Frankenstein’s, Xhale, and plenty of other spots outside of the area. I have 3 hookahs at home and really wanted to get out and vibe. I will never ever pay $5 for two cubes of charcoal. Bad business, Vizu. I was excited to visit since I saw the place while visiting The End Zone 2 weeks ago. I’d never recommend this beautiful place to anyone I know, unfortunately.

Cool spot where u can come chill with ur owe drinks any type of drink and they also have hookah is cheap
