I hate that I’m even having to write this review right now, but This place has really just gone to shit. Their selection has become scarce and their prices have gone WAY up on EVERYTHING. Especially on glass accessories with asking prices that are triple, if not, five times the amount of what the price is at some places nearby. Now, they are even closing their doors five minutes early from their posted closing time and unwilling to let me in despite me having the exact cash for what I was wanting which really summarizes the recent shift in this shop’s mentality: It’s starting to give off as if they are above their customers and it really sucks that loyalty doesn’t mean anything in their eyes because I’ve never been treated this way after coming to the same shop for 3 years or more. I hope this place comes back to its glory because it used to be one of my favorites, but sadly, they have now lost a loyal customer.

My favorite store!! All the employees are helpful and knowledgeable. Signage very clearly posted, so there ate NO questions unanswered. I love the rewards program and get excited about getting discounts. I read a review where someone said they purchased faulty vapes....I don't understand how that happened, when you clearly are able to try them before you leave the store. I have never had a bad experience with any of the 3 employees. KUTGW Keep up the good work.

Cool, clean shop. The employees working here actually understand what they are selling, and are willing to work with you to get you what you need. The girl working was super nice and helpful, and helped me find what I was looking for. Great shop.

The manager you have here at rock n roll is very rude I’ve worked with two other employees here a black woman and another white man and I came in this morning and the manager had an attitude with me. You can verify with the other employees I ALWAYS come in here and buy my smokes regularly. The manager wouldn’t give me his name nor the other workers name so that I could come shop with them. They’re more personable and then I don’t know if he was trying to be racist but he claimed I told him the other girl was my sister and I’ve never talked to him. Whoever the owner is please contact me bc I would very much love to keep shopping here but will take the walk to the next plaza over to the other smoke shop if this is the standard for customer service from the MANAGER smh

Need to change their store hours from 8 to 9 if they’re not gonna be opening on time… pretty cool shop tho 🤷
