I used to LOVE this location...until it hired new staff. I called to ask a few questions regarding identification and got yelled at by "brooke" over the phone then when I asked for her name she laughed and hung up on me (i found her name in the reviews). Disgusting customer service from her, action needs to be taken because i work customer service as well and that is NOT the way to handle a customer.

Can I say unbeatable prices! Just went here to get a new vape for eight dollars and like they have like a deal five for 30 and I’m like hell yeah! Soon as I walk in the store, I asked a question and she responded quickly brought me right over to the right section and I got me a pineapple champagne one that taste amazing so I called to let them know to keep this one in stock for me that I would be back to buy multiple and she was so friendly. She was funny like she drove to me and signed me up for the rewards and everything and like yeah I’ll definitely return to this location more and more just for the friendly environment they give off and everything like definitely recommend 1000 out of 10.

Brooke is a rock star and is super helpful. Some of these devices they sell need instructions and she does a great job. Haven’t had the same experience with other people here. Give Brooke a raise and make her a supervisor so everybody gets trained properly.

I have 2 brand new “I joy” vapes that after 10 puffs they started tasting burnt and I cannot return. Even though I have my boxes and receipt they do not take returns or replacements . Do not buy Ijoy vapes or vapes here if there messed up you cannot return them.

Horrible service! They had no working registers it was cash only. Which isn't a problem but the cashier couldn't do basic math! I asked for my military discount added and she simply refused my service because she couldn't pull out a calculator! I will never shop here again!
