Never trust a smoke shop that don't smoke! These guys must be the feds!!! This place sucks, the reviews are paid, no one in the shop smokes and they judge you!!! They are only nice once they see money. They are greedy and don't care there are way better smoke shops literally right up or down the street! 👎🏽 Just look at the reviews. She talks back to all her customers that give any negative feed back like a weak manager

Apparently upon entering the shop at 12 noon, I had woken up the self described “owner / manager / front desk attendant” girl from sleeping in the back & she didn’t take too kindly to that, deciding the best response & recourse was to be as rude & off putting as possible. Completely dismissive, unprofessional & careless. 0/10 experience DO NOT recommend

I had a great experience at Amsterdam Smokes in Irving. The shop has a really wide selection of products — from vapes and flowers to other smoking accessories — so there’s something for everyone. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they took the time to answer my questions and help me find what I needed. The prices were competitive, especially compared to other local shops I’ve been to. Overall, this place is definitely worth a visit if you’re looking for quality smoke shop products and great service!

I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere. The customer service is awful. I walked in and wasnt greeted, I was just stared at by the woman behind the counter. She seemed put off when I spoke to her. Everything is over priced as well. Spend your money elsewhere. I will never be going back

Bad experience overall. The salesperson heavily pushed a product that was described one way, but once I tried it, it was clearly not what was promised. It felt misleading and unprofessional. Quality did not justify the price at all, and I left feeling taken advantage of rather than helped. Trust is important in this kind of business, and unfortunately that trust wasn’t there. I wouldn’t recommend this place.
