I had shopped here several times before but after yesterday I will not be returning. I came in yesterday looking for a new water pipe. Found one I liked, the gentlemen working informed me that it didn't come with a standard bowl. Which I thought was weird, I've never bought a water pipe and it not come with a standard bowl. I was said ok and went to look at bowls, after finding one I proceeded to check out. After the transaction was done I checked my items before walking out the door. The worker lied and tried to scam me. When I looked in the bag I noticed the stem did come with a standard bowl. So I was like OK, didn't really need a new bowl then. So I grabbed the decorative bowl to return it. Turns out he had sold me a decorative bowl but packaged a standard bowl instead. So not only did he lie about the standard bowl to make a sell. Then after making the sell he switches out mu decorative bowl for a standard bowl. He tried to scam me for a $10 bowl. Very disappointed.

High Limit Smoke Shop is my new go-to — their vibe is unmatched, the shelves are always fully stocked with premium products, and the staff is super knowledgeable and friendly. The store is clean, organized, and they carry a wide range of products — from high-quality glass, vapes, papers, wraps, to accessories I didn’t even know I needed (but now can’t live without). The guy working up front late at night doesn’t pay attention to what he’s doing . He sold me the wrong lighter fluid even when I asked in store if that was the right one to purchase .refused to help me return item and bought the right one . Will not return

The employee followed me, black man, around the square store until I be came upset. There was another customer of another race in the store yet he kept following me extremely close. This was the most uncomfortable experience I have had in a long time. This store requires Human Resource training on how to not seem judgmental. I even had on a U.S Veteran hat and he nearly an inch away from me the whole time triggering my PTSD. I will never support a store that makes me feel more of a threat compare to a honest customer. This was not a misunderstanding the employee made the choice to ignore another customer and stalk me until I was so triggered I left the facilities. The employee walked with me in my personal space completely the whole time. And the lack of accountability of the store manager or owner to reply to the review and ignore facts proves there is beyond a cultural issue and more of a racism issue.
