I had been wanting to visit this shop for a while. Now, I wish my visit had been sooner. This is definitely one of the nicest cigar lounges in the Houston area. There is ample seating throughout the shop. This place was spotless; even the bathroom. I can not tell you how many places I have visited and the bathrooms were not clean but not here. The humidor selection was not the greatest but with space it was more than adequate. You will definitely find a cigar worthy of your palate within. I will be back. My first visit to Cigar Exchange and definitely just the first of many! The lounge just recently opened, but the owners Ben and his wife Brenda have done an exceptional job. When I walked in I felt very welcomed almost as if I was walking in to a friends home to hang out and smoke some great stogies. There is a good sized walk-in Humidor with room for growth, a good selection of cigars that are reasonably/comparably priced for seasoned and beginners alike. There is a lot of seating, a couple of TVs, and is very well kept with a nice comfortable vibe. There is WiFi if you are looking for a place to have a cigar and get some work done, or relax and chat with friends and make some new ones. Ben and Brenda have also thought about those that want a nice relaxing area with no tv to sit and enjoy their cigars without to much distraction. For the Members there is also a private room that sits 8 with even more comfortable chairs, it’s own smoke eater, and tv. Membership of course comes with a locker that is located inside the humidor.

Very inviting atmosphere as soon as you walk in. The owner greets you as well as all the patrons within. Once in the humidor the organization and selection are both top notch. There is a budget for every buyer, from every day sticks to the Cigar Aficionado picks. Highly recommend visiting this friendly shop.

Customer service here was very disappointing. There was no greeting when we walked in, and the staff member’s dry, unwelcoming attitude made the experience uncomfortable. It definitely left us with no desire to return.
