I’ve been a regular customer here and have spent a lot of money at this store over the years. Unfortunately, my recent experience was very disappointing. I purchased 3 bottles just 3 days ago, and one of them was completely sealed and unopened. I simply asked if I could exchange it for a different flavor, but they refused because of their 24-hour policy. I understand that businesses have policies, but I expected a little more flexibility, especially for a loyal customer and with a completely sealed bottle purchased only 3 days ago. I’ve also had similar issues before. Recently, I ended up throwing away 9 bottles because the 24-hour period had passed, even though I had purchased them from the store only a few weeks earlier. What made this experience even more disappointing was being told that they needed to speak with the owner and get back to me, even though this same person had previously told me that he was the owner. I didn’t want to argue or make a scene. I simply gave them the 3 bottles back and left respectfully. After being a loyal customer for a long time, I expected better customer service and more consideration. Unfortunately, this experience made me decide to take my business elsewhere. I wish them the best, but I personally will not be returning.

This is the only place I shop since they came to Katy. I am a person of habit which means I am loyal to specific brands of what I buy. They always have those brands in stock. Other than the occasional, overwhelmed new-hire employee that's being trained, the rest of them are amazing, always helpful and friendly. And if they used a product, they will give you the truth no matter what. For that reason alone, they have my respect and my business. I shop with them at least twice a week. I honestly have no idea if their prices are reasonable because they're the only place I shop these days and will continue to shop unless any of the listed things change.

They have a pretty decent selection of 7oh, some are quite a bit overpriced. Wish they would look into stocking the 7stax brand. Limitless is about the best bang for your buck. Like to see them put better brands with a better price.

Went in and had an amazing experience with Courtney who helped me find exactly what I needed! Definitely will be back!
