HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! ——REVISED Got a vape a day ago. Vaped just fine. Battery died. Hooked it up to charge. Doesn’t charge. Tried 3 different cables and plugs. Unit wouldn’t charge. Take it back to the store as it still has 84% juice left. The worker barely got up; let alone was in her phone the entire time I’m asking what my options are. I all for a manager. She can’t do that. I ask for an exchange. She can’t do that. Refund? Nope. So I say “ your policy doesn’t say anything about units that don’t charge!” It’s not like I cracked it open and asked you to charge it to make sure it works. She then got irritated because I used logic and not emotion and proceeded to tell me I can always leave a review. Guess what? I sure will!!! It’s only 2 workers there that actually know how to do their job and actually have a smile on there face and they are Latina so be kind to them cause there awesome. The others….lets just say the owner should refresh them on etiquette. The store is barely stocked and I usually have to go down the street for what I need. They are higher than the other shops around so go there because the experience is sure to be better. I can’t believe after as much I support that local shop; THAT NO ONE WOULD OFFER TO EVEN MAKE IT RIGHT. IF THEY CANT MAKE IT RIGHT I REFUSE TO SUPPORT OR HAVE PPL I KNOW SUPPORT. AVOID THIS BUSINESS UNTIL THE ISSUE IS ADDRESSED. SPOKE WITH STAFF AND OWNER; problem corrected and explained. Back to being my favorite shop!!!

Great place with friendly, knowledgeable staff! They helped me choose a new vape, walked me through each device and helped me find the one that suited me best. Will definitely be returning more often in the future.

Nice shop. Really nice people. I understand they're only a few months old but they seem to have everything they should. My only issue, which is why I could not give them five stars, was that I felt that the prices for the peripheral items (lighters, butane, etc.) that I purchased were just a little too high. Not high enough to keep me from coming back but high enough to keep me from over spending. Today I was assisted by a lovely woman (whose name I did not get and whom I imagine is probably one of the owners) whom was very polite, friendly and professional. Awesome store. Sounds silly but if you tire of the atmosphere that you may find in some vape shops that are staffed by teens and young 20s you'll definitely appreciate this shop.

I visited this smoke shop quite frequently, but this time, I never returned. I was accused of stealing a vape from them, and I have no idea why. I understand that it may have happened in the past, but to assume is ridiculous! I feel like the girl with short wavy/curly blonde or brown hair is racially profiling and discriminating against me because I’ve always paid for my purchases. It honestly surprised me that I would even be accused of anything like that. To make matters worse, they are extremely unprofessional. I saw the same girl sitting on the lap of a man who doesn’t even appear to work there, at least not at least I don’t think he does. Since then, I’ve started going to a new smoke shop. I believe New Edge needs to reconsider who they hire and make the face of their company.

Very clean and appealing show room, the guy working there was very nice and friendly. Also I got a pretty good deal on a couple of disposables, definitely make this my new spot.
