We love coming here! Hasan and Cheyenne are the best. Cheyenne has exceptional customer service and always treats us very well. Hasan is the best owner and truly cares about each and everyone that comes here. He personally spoke with me about an issue I had in the store and made sure that we were all set. He truly cares about his staff and customers and takes issues very seriously. You will never have a bad expierence here. If you see a negative review for this place ignore it, it’s simply not true. Thank you both Hasan and Cheyenne for everything.

..based on the reply from this company, they do not possess the basic reading and comprehension skills to respond properly to a review. They clearly did not read my review based on their response because their response is very condescending and snarky. I stopped by looking for a specific product, but the employee told me she had taken them off the shelf the day before because she needed to check something related to new laws. I completely understand that sometimes products have to be temporarily removed due to changing regulations or even just to do inventory. However, she mentioned that she had the entire day to go through the bags and restock them but simply hadn’t done it because she “didn’t feel like it,” and even said she might not get to it tomorrow either. She said it jokingly, but as a customer it came across as a little unprofessional and inconsiderate. When I asked if she might know where the product was, she said it was “somewhere in one of these bags,” laughed, and didn’t make any effort to actually look for it. There was also no apology for the inconvenience. Instead, she recommended something else, saying it was similar to what I was looking for. It turned out to be nothing like the product I originally came in for. Overall it just felt like very little effort was made to help a customer find what they came in for. Hopefully management can work on customer service

Just went in there to check it out. Ended up making two purchases because the prices were so good and the customer service was excellent. I didn’t catch the guys name behind the counter, but he deserves a raise, he’s very good at his job. Also, absolutely the cleanest and most organized store I’ve ever been to. I will definitely be coming back and bringing my wife and putting the word out that this is the shop to go if you live in Kingwood, Porter, Humble, Atascocita or other surrounding areas. Highly recommend. I got these two products at barely over $25 anywhere else. These products would’ve been well over $40.

After moving to Texas in June and trying several different vape shops my husband and I went into bahama mama one day and become forever customers. The owners are some of the nicest people I’ve ever met. Both Kyle and Cheyenne (I think is her name) were equally amazing both times I’ve been helped by them. I refer all of my new friends to their shop! The customer service is superior here!

Kyle was a very helpful representative for Bahama mama, he was very informative and knowledgeable about the products and how it works. Kyle made my quick visit less stressful as I was not looking forward to the bright lights in that building, they are overpowering and super uncomfortable for the neurodivergent in me, save some energy for the rest of the block. Anyway, thanks Kyle. The store is clean and nicely kept
