I've only ever had great experiences here! All the staff has been friendly, chill, and patient with my questions! I haven't gotten everyone's names, but Austin is awesome! He's always got very informative answers to my questions, and is very friendly. Overall, a super chill place with kind employees!

Purchased a product, realized I got the wrong item after walking outside. I immediately went back inside and asked if I could exchange it for the one I needed, however the staff refused, stating store policy prohibits refunds/exchanges, which would have been nice to know before I bought it. Selection is good and staff are friendly, however it is ridiculous to not accept refunds or exchanges in this kind of scenario. Terrible business practice

Its a beautiful shop, lots of variety they have everything from vaping to smoking and all the glass accessories you can think of. They also carry huge selection of premium Cigars . Great customer service, and take requests for items you need. Definitely Visiting again soon!!!

Best shop around. They are knowledgeable and helpful but also down to earth and chill. they listen to their customers and keep stock on hand accordingly. 10/10 Team here.
