I love vape city but this location struggles constantly to keep disposable vapes in stock to the point I often have to visit the store in Kemah just to get what I'm looking for. The only other complaint would be the male staff here aren't friendly and if you shop at vape city you know they customer service and friendly reps are something they pride themselves on. Bottom line, this store doesn't exactly fit their typical store and if you want the real vape City experience I would recommend shopping at other locations.

Charges $42 for a 3 pack of novo x pods. The manager even corrected the trainee to make sure they overcharged me on purpose. What an absolute joke of a shop. Avoid at all costs!

Vape City has an atmosphere that’s hard to beat. Whether I walk in broad daylight or at 3:00 in the morning, I’m always greeted with smiles and a staff member who knows exactly what I want—let’s be honest, I’m buying stuff more often than I probably should be! Having a team that can remember a customer’s preferences like that is impressive and really shows their dedication. Every visit feels easy, friendly, and welcoming.

they charge triple than what is available online, the juice I’ve gotten has been expired twice and the disposables don’t work properly thirty percent of the time. Edit to add that I’m aware sometimes you CAN use expired Ejuice however if I am paying 34 dollars for it I expect it to not be expired. Is it really that hard to give product that isn’t out of date?
