Walked in one day requesting a specific item, the store didn't have. She had it for me the very next day! Thank you for 5 Star Customer Service!

A nice woman who goes by the name Jaimie helped with a purchase of a tobacco pipe, pipe tobacco, a nifty tool for packing, and cleaning my new pipe alone with some pipe cleaning straws. Jaime was very knowledgeable on all the products she sold me, and she runs a very organized store. If you're looking for anything tobacco related, this store is the place to visit if you're in the area, and Jaime is definitely the woman who will help you find what you need. I had a very pleasant visit. Thanks, Jaime, for your assistance with my needs!

I visited for the first time the other day. I was shopping for cigarette tubes and tobacco. The selection was good and prices were fair. The lady working that day was not only nice on the phone when I called, but she welcomed me into the store and was nothing short of helpful and pleasant. This is my new regular spot.

A cozy place that has an impressive collection for its size. The manager, short blonde haired woman, provided great customer service and enjoyed speaking with her. Prices are very competitive to other tobacco shops and better than most convenience stores.

It's a small shop, but they carry a brand I sometimes have trouble finding. Unlike some places listed as "tobacco" shops, their primary business is tobacco. The staff is courteous, helpful & friendly. I'm glad I found them.
