Great business! On a Google Maps recommendation, I stopped in for some items. The young man who helped me was very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly. Store looked nice. It wasn't overstocked with merchandise. Very easy to shop. I would certainly recommend this establishment to anyone.

I have been going there when I am in town. Never has anyone treated me disrespectful until today. This red head girl was rude and condescending when I came in with an issue. I understand she has protocols to follow. But the way she talked to me and treated me like "to bad so sad" attitude made me decide not to even try. I saved two of our clients from going there today because I will not refer people to a place with no customer service. I used look forward to going there. Sad that new hires ruin it for the establishment.

Editing review- I went in 2 days ago and brought my device in and asked which cartridges I needed because the ones I had been getting advised to get (by multiple people at this store) weren’t working well. The new ones I purchased didn’t work either and I went back in and a different person told me they were incorrect. Said there was nothing she could do. Even just a “sorry we did that” would have been nice for making me waste my money.

I am willing to bet that you can expect top-notch service in store like I received online. USPS misdelivered my package, and it was lost. Dorian with Wunder products made it right without even asking. He went out of his way to replace what was lost and clued me in on their physical store. You can tell he loves his people, too. He spoke very highly of their store manager, Sarah. I'm happy to do more business with you all. Thank you!!
