This is definitely my place! when I go there to buy what i need they have a huge variety and so much to choose from. Coming from someone who deals with a lot of pain from having four back surgeries, a foot surgery and I have fibromyalgia. SK and his brother are amazing at helping me find exactly what I need to help with the pain. they are not there just to sell a product. They truly want to help you in your particular situation and what you’re looking for and that means a lot. They actually take the time out to listen and get to know you and they almost like fit the product for the person if that makes any sense, but it does to me SK and his Brother have been amazing to me and very kind and I would never go anywhere else. This is my shop thank you guys for helping me with my selections. You guys are amazing.

I have visited the shop on several occasions to look for a variety of products, and usually have a great experience. Unfortunately, my last visit was not pleasant whatsoever. Last night, I bought in FVKD exotic pen, and as soon as I got home, the product was completely dead and would not charge. Not even 24 hours later, I went back to see about obtaining a replacement, and the owner of the shop basically told me that there is nothing that he can do about a faulty pen battery, and that there was no return policy for the product (essentially, I won’t be refunded) & He explained that If I wanted a replacement, he expected me to pay half price for a new product. I find it very frustrating that I paid for a product that does not work, and then it was expected of me to pay MORE MONEY for a replacement. I don’t see how that is helpful customer service whatsoever, and quite frankly, this unprofessional experience has deterred me from returning to the business.

Great smoke shop! They always have what I need, staff is super friendly, and it's usually pretty easy to park in front of the shop and be in and out in 5 minutes. They have all kinds of vape juices, pod systems, disposables, pipes, bubblers, bongs, and since the ban has been lifted until July 21st, they also have a good selection of THCA joints, flower, edibles, and concentrates. It's a small place, but they've got plenty to offer.

Absolutely love this place! Paradox Smoke Shop is hands down one of the best smoke shops I’ve been to in the area. They have a huge variety of products—vapes, THCA, gummies, flower—you name it, they’ve got it. The store is always clean and organized, and the staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. I had a few questions about different vape options, and they took the time to explain everything without being pushy. Prices are fair, and they even run some great deals from time to time. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in Leander!

This is THEE place to go for all your smoke related needs! Products and service are absolutely amazing. Great variety and selection…. I just can not sing their praises loud enough!!!!!
