I'll leave these definitions. 1.Customer Satisfaction: is a measure of how well a company's products, services, and overall customer experience meet or exceed customer expectations. It acts as a key indicator of brand health, driving customer loyalty, repeat business, and positive word-of-mouth. 2.Behavioral Loyalty: The action of continually buying from a business out of routine, convenience, or because of financial/reward incentives #2 is the reason I shop RNR and other locations around town. Turnover must be problem for management @ some of these locations. Some employees love to help customers and for other employees... customers are just in the way of a paycheck. Like Forest Gump said - "You never know WHO you're gonna get when you walk-in. Well not exactly but you know what I mean. At least chocolates are sweet. I haven't seen one response by management to any of these Google Reviews to make things right by some customers unfortunately. *BEWARE Ifyou have an issue here or at some of the other locations, don't expect customer satisfaction in return. I could probably give 2 Stars maybe even 3, but nah maybe I'll change it later in time... HOPEFULLY The online website needs work too BTW.. *Your VIP Customer here since 2019- or at least I thought so...LoL Do you think if I would copy and paste this for each location it might get som attention?! Hmmmmm...

I want to give a special shout-out to Xavier, who assisted me during my visit. He is such a polite young fellow with a very pleasant and helpful attitude. It’s rare to find customer service this genuine these days. This store is fantastic, and it’s employees like Xavier that make it that way!

Great smoke shop! They have a wide variety of products and everything is well organized. The staff is super friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help you find exactly what you need. Prices are reasonable and the overall vibe of the store is really nice. Definitely one of the best spots around — I’ll be coming back for sure!

I bought a cart today that the employee working there filled up for me. He got the resin everywhere and then gave it to me clogged. It was clogged so badly that I wasn’t able to take a pull at all and after calling the manager he said that all they could offer me is another syringe at half off. I’ve been a regular here for years but after this experience I will not be back. Save your money and go somewhere else.

My friend and I tried the Rock n’Roll It Hemp Drinks. We really enjoyed it! The flavor was really good. We had the peach one and we were high for a really long time , maybe like 2 hours.
