Can't rate this business highly enough. They are the only store in America right now that has the Sapphire insert in stock for the Dr Dabber Switch 2. Within an hour of filling out the shipping request form (I live in Colorado), I received an invoice from the shop, who then sent the shupping confirmation the same afternoon. No fuss whatsoever. Just good customer service, willingness to do a little extra (they could sell those sapphire cups in a day or two at most without having to deal with a shipping request for a relatively cheap item), and impressive efficiency/speed. I wish they were located in Denver so it would be easier to support them, but I will support them nonetheless due to this positive experience

The customer service here is really good, but the prices for hookah supplies are way too high compared to what I usually pay. For example, I normally get a 1KG Alfakher for around $45, but they sell it for $99. Same with charcoal—the box I buy for $7–$8 is going for $19.99 here. Maybe the rest of their products are better priced, I haven’t checked, but for hookah stuff it’s definitely overpriced.

One of best vape/smoke shops in the area. The staff is always helpful, no matter if its a question regarding any product or assisting you in making sure you get exactly what you are looking for. And they always make sure that you are using any benefits you may have earned when checking out (half the time I forget about the veterans discount, til I'm reminded). I will continue to get my supplies from them exclusively for these reasons alone.

Best vape store I've ever been to. No knock offs, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable and I always laugh and smile with them. Don't bother with condom sense for vapes and related products

Came in asking if they had any simple disposable type vapors that your could just fill large dude went "uhhhh" about 50 times clearly has no idea what he's talking about 😭
