A store that requires a scanned license for all sales regardless of apparent age is a store that does not trust a single employee to carry out its most basic liabilities. It is a store with less trust and faith in its employees to verify than kroger, and not a store that will ever earn my business. Inconvenience me greatly and give me especially good pricing or selection, and we've got something to talk about. Inconvenience me greatly for the same shit I could have just moved my car 5 minutes for if I wasnt backed up to my starting shift- and I will hate you forever.

I have been living in Mckinney 4 years Now and I always come to this Smoke Shop never let me down. I have came recently got a few packs of loose leaf’s. Once I left, I noticed one of the packs I bought was empty. I never went back and complained about it until about a week later, but when I made another purchase. Today is Sunday April 12th 2026 I went in today again to purchase loose leaf’s I mentioned the situation that happened last time and still proceeded to purchase more not at any discounted rate. I was not looking for a discount or anything. Just wanted them to know the products they were selling sometimes one was empty. This time I checked as I left the store, I noticed the leaves were stale. I proceeded to tell the manager, and as he looked at it, he told me there’s nothing he can do. There’s no way he can check products that they sell if it is still go home a fix . I left the products in the store after I already purchased them because they were not good. I too am a business owner and would never treat my customers this way

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff! Also patient when I can’t make up my mind on what I want! Very well kept and clean environment. I highly recommend this place for those who are looking for a smoke shop.

I’ve been to a few shops in the area, but McKinney Glass House is on another level. As soon as you walk in, the vibe is chill and the shop is incredibly clean and well-organized. A few things that stand out: The Selection: Their glass collection is literal art. Whether you’re looking for a simple budget piece or a high-end heady showstopper, they’ve got it. The Staff: The crew here actually knows their stuff. They aren’t pushy; they’re just genuine enthusiasts who want to help you find exactly what you need. Pricing: Very fair. You definitely get what you pay for in terms of quality. If you’re in DFW and need a go-to spot for glass, wraps, or accessories, don’t bother going anywhere else. Support local!

Sam was a complete customer maniac. Really chill dude who knows his stuff. Helped me right the right glass for my needs. If you are looking for a smoke shop with incredible products and knowledgeable staff come here. Sam is the man.
