Shoutout to Jesus at Vibez Smoke Shop for top-tier customer service. He was knowledgeable, patient, and actually took the time to explain different options instead of rushing the sale. You can tell he knows his stuff and genuinely wants customers to leave happy. Made the whole experience easy and comfortable. I’ll definitely be coming back because of service like that.

Terrible delivery experience. Took an hour and a half for delivery, delivery was completely wrong. I called the store and the guy said he would deliver the correct order to me after the store closed, he lied said he called me after I waited until 2:45 a.m in the morning. I called him he never answered. I order two packs of shisha and somehow ended up with vape juice….make that make sense.

I’ve been a loyal customer of this store for a long time, but this last experience was extremely disappointing. I bought a vape that worked fine at first, but shortly after, it started malfunctioning. I went back to the store looking for a solution, and they simply ignored me. They told me it was “too late,” as if my issue didn’t matter, and didn’t even bother to inspect the product. What’s worse is that they could return the product to the supplier, but they refused to take responsibility. The customer service was awful — no willingness to help, poor attitude, and a complete lack of respect for someone who has supported their business for so long. Really unfortunate. I won’t be coming back, and I definitely won’t recommend this place to anyone. They’re happy to sell when things go smoothly, but when there’s a problem, you’re on your own.
