The guys there were unbelievably rude and made me uncomfortable. They're energy was stand off-ish. They didn't even try to help me or make a sale. Staff was not knowledgeable, informative or helpful whatsoever. Usually the staff at smoke shops are cool and friendly but not this one. Save yourself the trouble and go to 7 Sins. It's literally in the same shopping center. I wouldn't give these people a dime with the kind of service they give.

I’ve been shopping at Smokin Glassworks in McKinney since 2013 and they’ve always treated me right. The staff is friendly and actually knows their stuff. I recently had an issue with a product and the gentleman at the counter took care of it quickly with no hassle. That’s the kind of customer service that keeps me coming back. Highly recommend.

Think today will be.my last day spending any type of dollar with you guys. Why is it that you have 3 employees working one shift and when a customer walks in the energy for a SMOKE shop was beyond the worst uncomfortable feeling ive ever had. I like spending moneyy at smoke shops but today my fiance went there and he was given the nastiest dull energy ever fromt he guy at the counter. I would not want that type of person even working at something like that && then it was 3 employees just sitting around doing guess what absolutely nothing. Smh Go next do to 7 sins smoke shop there energy and customer service is top tier honey

Love this place!! They sell hookah stuff, bongs, pipes, delta-8 products including flower and concentrates. Go now.
