Their customer service is truly top tier. John is incredibly knowledgeable, and I’ve appreciated the in-depth conversations we’ve had about different products. What stands out most is that he’s not just trying to make a sale — he actually takes the time to educate and explain things so you can make the best decision for yourself. The Owners are Great & Friendly. Aaron the Shop Manager is a Boss. He treats his regulars like VIPs, it's always a good conversation. I believe Mesquite has the best 3 honest to goodness smoke shops in DFW & 2 of them are right across the street from each other.
